My husband and I have worked with Daniel twice; on our initial purchase and a refinance. The process was seamless an we couldn't be happier with the service we received from the Halverson team. I cannot imagine going to anyone else with our mortgage needs. I highly recommend him!

I have used Daniel for 2 home purchases and twice for refinancing; all transactions were very smooth. Daniel put a lot of the work upfront so there are no surprises in the process. Would not use anyone else. It’s hard to find people that are squared away and take that extra step. Also, every transaction closed around 20 days. Thanks, Daniel

Daniel Halvorsen and team did an excellent job processing my loan. This was my first Florida property and the sellers wanted a 30 day close which was pretty tight in this market. I was also living on the west coast at the time and the three hour time change did not handicap Daniel and team. Thank!

We just closed on our house in Fleming Island! My husband and I are from out of state and self-employed, so things were a bit more complicated for us. Daniel and the whole team did a great job helping us navigate the loan process in a new jurisdiction. Everything went exactly as expected with no surprises or hold ups. Daniel explained the process, set our expectations properly, kept things on the right time table, stayed in communication, and followed up on all our questions. They never asked me for documentation after the initial request. Portal was easy to use. I was always updated on the loan process and next steps. The entire team was amazing. The easiest, seamless mortgage experience I have had. Great rate and great service!!

Daniel is the absolute best! He very knowledgeable about all of the mortgage products available and gives sound advice and guidance to help make the best decision. I am self employed and Daniel found a solution to make things happen when others couldn't. The level of service I received from him and his team was exceptional and anytime I reached out, he responded immediately. I have had experience with several other lenders out there over the years but was always disappointed with the lack of urgency and responsiveness when I needed it most. This was never the case with Daniel, for this reason and so many others is why I confidently refer everyone to his team as I know they will be cared for and given the same outstanding service.

Josef Daniel Halvorsen mortgage team was outstanding. Nick D. Was my point man and was always available for my questions. This was my third experience as a home buyer! I would of love to have had this group in my corner to walk me through this process for the prior two experience. I highly recommend this mortgage team, you will love them.

Daniel and his team are Consummate Professionals, from start to finish they are always available for questions or concerns and address them quickly, their process is very easy to follow, any documents needed their portal is very friendly to use and the loan was ready a week BEFORE required. This is our 2nd time using them and they get better with every encounter, you need a mortgage. Daniel and team is where you need to go and it doesn’t stop after you close, they are involved with you even afterwards and that’s very rare!! Doing my best to not sound corny but I’m so glad I was connected with Daniel. During the whole process, I googled a lot of things but I didn’t realize how important it is to trust your lender. It’s intimidating to be a first time homebuyer, so I needed everyone on my side. Even though I was nervous to take this big step, the folks I worked with consistently treated me with kindness. As a property investor and homeowner, historically, working with mortgage lenders has left a sour taste in my mouth. I had to chase them with reminders and would struggle to get timely call backs. No so with Daniel Halverson. Daniel is proactive in getting all the requirements for a mortgage to me with lightning speed. Any questions I have, he answers immediately. Actually, I couldn't keep up with his efficiency. He would always stay ahead of me in all the dealings I had with him. Due to the increased demand in the property market, and buying frenzy, and the elevated prices, it took us over 3 years to find our dream home. Daniel patiently did all the numbers on every property, many of which we never purchased. He just stayed the course. All I can say is, Daniel stands head and shoulders above the rest of his peers in the industry. Well done, sir!

Daniel Halverson and his team by far exceed expectations. During one of the most stressful times, as we were relocating back to the states, my wife and I being geographically apart thousands of miles, Daniel was there every step of the way! His team was with us as we went through multiple pending sales until we finally landed our forever home! Can’t say it enough, Daniel will be our guy on all our future endeavors.
