My husband and I have worked with Daniel twice; on our initial purchase and a refinance. The process was seamless an we couldn't be happier with the service we received from the Halverson team. I cannot imagine going to anyone else with our mortgage needs. I highly recommend him!

I have used Daniel for 2 home purchases and twice for refinancing; all transactions were very smooth. Daniel put a lot of the work upfront so there are no surprises in the process. Would not use anyone else. It’s hard to find people that are squared away and take that extra step. Also, every transaction closed around 20 days. Thanks, Daniel

Daniel Halvorsen and team did an excellent job processing my loan. This was my first Florida property and the sellers wanted a 30 day close which was pretty tight in this market. I was also living on the west coast at the time and the three hour time change did not handicap Daniel and team. Thank!

We just closed on our house in Fleming Island! My husband and I are from out of state and self-employed, so things were a bit more complicated for us. Daniel and the whole team did a great job helping us navigate the loan process in a new jurisdiction. Everything went exactly as expected with no surprises or hold ups. Daniel explained the process, set our expectations properly, kept things on the right time table, stayed in communication, and followed up on all our questions. They never asked me for documentation after the initial request. Portal was easy to use. I was always updated on the loan process and next steps. The entire team was amazing. The easiest, seamless mortgage experience I have had. Great rate and great service!!

Daniel is the absolute best! He very knowledgeable about all of the mortgage products available and gives sound advice and guidance to help make the best decision. I am self employed and Daniel found a solution to make things happen when others couldn't. The level of service I received from him and his team was exceptional and anytime I reached out, he responded immediately. I have had experience with several other lenders out there over the years but was always disappointed with the lack of urgency and responsiveness when I needed it most. This was never the case with Daniel, for this reason and so many others is why I confidently refer everyone to his team as I know they will be cared for and given the same outstanding service.
