Amazing mortgage experience

Josef Daniel Halvorsen mortgage team was outstanding. Nick D. Was my point man and was always available for my questions. This was my third experience as a home buyer! I would of love to have had this group in my corner to walk me through this process for the prior two experience. I highly recommend this mortgage team, you will love them.
They are one of the most professional and efficient organizations we've worked with!

Daniel and his team are Consummate Professionals, from start to finish they are always available for questions or concerns and address them quickly, their process is very easy to follow, any documents needed their portal is very friendly to use and the loan was ready a week BEFORE required. This is our 2nd time using them and they get better with every encounter, you need a mortgage. Daniel and team is where you need to go and it doesn’t stop after you close, they are involved with you even afterwards and that’s very rare!! Doing my best to not sound corny but I’m so glad I was connected with Daniel. During the whole process, I googled a lot of things but I didn’t realize how important it is to trust your lender. It’s intimidating to be a first time homebuyer, so I needed everyone on my side. Even though I was nervous to take this big step, the folks I worked with consistently treated me with kindness. I cannot recommend Daniel Halverson’s group enough.

As a property investor and homeowner, historically, working with mortgage lenders has left a sour taste in my mouth. I had to chase them with reminders and would struggle to get timely call backs. No so with Daniel Halverson. Daniel is proactive in getting all the requirements for a mortgage to me with lightning speed. Any questions I have, he answers immediately. Actually, I couldn't keep up with his efficiency. He would always stay ahead of me in all the dealings I had with him. Due to the increased demand in the property market, and buying frenzy, and the elevated prices, it took us over 3 years to find our dream home. Daniel patiently did all the numbers on every property, many of which we never purchased. He just stayed the course. All I can say is, Daniel stands head and shoulders above the rest of his peers in the industry. Well done, sir!
